What is pollen?

· The B vitamins in large quantities;

· Vitamins A, C, D, E in smaller quantities;

· 5-8 lactic ferments;

· 3 yeasts;

· The immunostimulatory substances;

· Enzymes, coenzymes, sterols, bacteriostats and growth substances, pigments, flavorings and volatile oils.

The various pollens

The composition of various pollens varies with the flower that the bees have collected. Apitherapy in the following pollens are mainly used:

Protect the intestines
Fresh pollen would be effective in protecting the gut inflammatory diseases. The National Institute of Agronomic Research (INRA) in Toulouse compared the effects of fresh and dried pollen on inflammatory bowel disease Crohn type (1) pollen.
